Narrative Partners is a strategic communications agency with a small team and a large network, operating from Amsterdam and Lausanne. We combine experience with a sharp, committed, and results-oriented approach. 
We quickly immerse ourselves in the issues at hand so that we can determine what is needed: strategy, approach, content, network, and resources.

Mischa van de Woestijne, Partner

Mischa studied history, was a researcher at NIOD, and worked as a consultant at Publicis Consultants. After switching to journalism, he made it big at business glossy  Quote to become deputy editor-in-chief under Jort Kelder. After a brief career as a magazine publisher, he established himself as an independent communications consultant specializing in financial communications, crisis communications, reputation management, and litigation PR. He is not good at meetings, but is at his sharpest when the pressure reaches boiling point.

Hans Faber, Partner

Hans was a journalist at Het Financieele Dagblad and de Volkskrant  and worked in various communications roles and as a spokesperson at Nike EMEA. He is co-founder and media advisor of  Namens de Familie , he has extensive experience in the field of legal public relations. In 2021, Hans was named Communication Professional of the Year by the trade association for communication professionals. He is also the author of several non-fiction and fiction books. Hans is knowledgeable, committed, and calm, no matter how big the challenge.

Kariann Stoltz, Advisor

Kariann studied journalism in Utrecht and has been working for Narrative Partners since 2024. She combines journalistic curiosity in a wide range of topics with the ability to really sink her teeth into subjects. Kariann is also skilled at rolling out social media campaigns and creating impactful content for diverse audiences. She moves effortlessly between different platforms and uses analytics in a targeted way to continuously optimize campaigns.

Hank van Dijk, Associate

Hank studied history, was an entrepreneur in the digital industry, and managed advertising and marketing agencies such as TBWA, OMD, and McCann Amsterdam. He developed campaigns for both national and international brands and has specialized in digital communication over the past decade. Hank knows better than anyone how to use data, content, and technology to achieve results and make a lasting impact. He is strategic, analytical, and creative, and has an eye for what really moves people.

Loes Takaya, Associate

Loes studied art history and began her career as a spokesperson for various museums in the capital. She then managed public relations and communications for international brands such as Moooi and Serviceplan before starting her own business in 2021. Loes moves effortlessly across the entire spectrum of (digital) communications and public relations. She combines a concrete approach with smart solutions and always knows how to strike the right tone. In doing so, she keeps an eye on nuance and the client's strategic goal.

International network

Narrative Partners operates from offices in Amsterdam and Lausanne and also has a network of partner agencies in Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Italy, and France. These are not one-off collaborations, but permanent "partner agencies" with whom we are aligned in terms of content and strategy. 

Every country has its own culture, sensitivities, and unwritten rules. That is why we work with experienced professionals who come from the media themselves, have a strong personal network, and know exactly when, how, and with what message journalists and other stakeholders can be approached effectively.
